Drums for the fourth, yet untitled album, has been recorded! Yet again at a record breaking pace, Thomas Lejon nailed the 9 new tracks in just a couple of days. As on the previous two albums, keyboardplayer Martin Hedin is recording and producing.

We wanna thank everyone who came to our shows. It was really awsome to meet so many Andromediacs, we had a really great time playing for you. We want to especially thank Robert Engstrand who came with us and filled in for Martin who had to stay at home with his wife as they are having their second child. He did a marvelous job and we are all truly grateful that he came along for the tour!

Andromeda are heading for Turkey to play at the Rockistanbul festival on the 22nd of June. Other bands appearing on the festival are Megadeth, Kraftwerk, Garbage, Black Label Society and more.

The re-release of "Extension of the wish" with vocals by David, a new mix and two bonus tracks, previously only released in France by NTS - will be released in the rest of Europe on the 15th of November by New Hawen/Century Media.The title of the re-release is "Final Extension (Re-Release of "Extension Of The Wish")".

In a couple of weeks Andromeda will start recording the remaing five songs of their forthcoming so far untitled third album. The band is currently negotiating with a few labels.

Four songs are recorded for the new album. They sound awsome. We can´t wait for you guys to hear it! Four or five more will be recorded during the summer.

You've noticed that our forum is not working anymore. We're very sorry about that. But also working to set up a new one... I hope that all fans who want to disscuss and post their opinions about Andromeda, will be patient and wait for new forum.

As we all espected Andromeda has started recording their third album. This happened in last few weeks. It's still unknown how long will this take... I just can't wait to hear what band has to offer with their new work... Can you? I think that this waiting will pay off when new album is released!

Currently the band is writing material for their third album. Recordings are not yet scheduled. New bassplayer Fabian Gustavsson says Hi to all Andromeda fans and is looking forward to meeting some of them at the ProgPower Festival. So see you at ProgPower.

Andromeda is going to play on ProgPower Europe 2003 festival in The Netherlands [at JC Sjiwa in Baarlo(L)], close to the German border near Dusseldorf and Oberhausen... There were some changes in Andromeda and new bass player has joined in the band. His name is Fabian Gustavsson and he is permanent replacement for Jakob Tanentsapf. Fabian is now rehearsing with the band. More information about him and pictures will be updated soon, so be patient.

Fyre Productions is working on a Progmetal comic book featuring storylines with bands such as Spock´s Beard, Marillion, Planet X amongst others. Andromeda will also be a part of this project which will be out sometime during the spring of 2003.

There is currantly being built a brand new Andromeda site for the Spanish speaking fans. Check back for updates, we will keep you posted as soon as it gets up and running.

II=I will be released in North America on March 11th (Century Media), Europe March 24th (New Hawen Records/Century Media). Korea will see the album already in February. Japan was first to hear it, already in November 2002 it hit the shelfes. Have patience!
